- Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- All orders must be prepaid using available online payment methods

We accept returns only in case of damaged or defective products.
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- An unboxing video is mandatory as proof of damage
- The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package being opened
- The product condition at the time of opening
β Returns will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video

Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5β7 business days
π Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.
- Exchange will be processed after verification
- If the same product is unavailable, you may choose:
- Another product of equal value, or
- A full refund

- Color differences due to lighting/screens
